Our Cookery Book resulted from a series of Cooking Classes
given by local village ladies.
There are
26 recipes ranging from starters/sides through rice/bread,
fish, chicken, meat,
vegetarian, desserts and delicious
Mango Lassi.
Some of
the recipes, kindly donated by local village ladies, had
never been put onto
paper before this book was published!
